Balance and Strength Through Tai Chi

Join us for gentle, flowing exercises designed to improve stability, build strength, and boost confidence in everyday movement with experienced PD Tai Chi instructors Ken Gray and Sokie Lee. This class focuses on alignment, breath, and strengthening. Through mindful movement, participants will become more coordinated, stronger, and energized—learning techniques that support confidence in daily life. All levels are welcome.
