Lecture Series: Safe Swallowing Made Savory

Join Dietitian and Culinary Educator Zari Ginsburg for an informative and interactive food demonstration where she will review the IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative) dysphagia guidelines. This session will include how to test for appropriate food textures at each level, and translate the science into practical food preparation techniques for safe swallowing.
