Class Levels & Types

Your first step is a complimentary assessment that will guide you to the right class level. Our fitness sessions are tailored to meet your current needs, ensuring you feel confident and empowered.

All Levels – Green

This class offers a variety of exercises designed for all abilities, with modifications provided to ensure everyone can improve balance, strength, and coordination at their own pace, whether standing or seated.

Level 1 –  Red

Designed for high-functioning older adults and individuals with young-onset Parkinson’s, this class includes more dynamic movements that focus on enhancing strength, cardiovascular fitness, and coordination, with both standing and floor options.

Level 2 – Blue

This level of class is a ‘toned-down’ version of the Red level class for those needing a slightly slower pace, more guidance during the class, and more time to transition between exercises. Movements are simplified and focus on improving motor skills, cognitive function, and mobility, all while maintaining focus and engagement.

Level 3 – Orange

Geared towards individuals with mobility assistance needs, this class offers seated and supported exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion, with personalized adjustments to ensure safety and comfort.

We’ve thoughtfully set class sizes to ensure everyone has enough space and feels comfortable.

Yes, if there’s room, your care partner is more than welcome to join you. While they can’t reserve a spot in advance, we’ll do our best to accommodate them as long as space allows and class capacity isn’t exceeded.

  • bringing a water bottle
  • wearing athletic clothing & closed‑toed shoes
  • arriving 5-10 minute early

We will have complimentary cups for water and sweat towels.

Please note: You can schedule your class up to two weeks in advance. We recommend scheduling your whole week at once so you know exactly when you’re coming.

We are very passionate about continuing education. All of our coaches go through an in-house certification as well as hold standard up-to-date certifications from accredited programs. Check out our instructor bios here.

Our studios are ADA compliant and our fitness programming leads stay up to date on all of the newest research to ensure that our workout classes are putting the latest findings into action!

We also always have two Instructors per class and aim to have an additional 1-2 volunteers to assist.

If you are interested in being a volunteer, please reach out here.

Yes! That’s exactly why we created our Day Pass instead of a single drop-in option. We want you to feel at home—come in early, connect with others in our small lounge area, check out our resource center, and enjoy the flexibility to stay for multiple classes. Our schedule is thoughtfully designed so you can stack sessions back-to-back. Come for one, stay for two or even three!

Please note: While restrooms are available for changing, showers are not provided.

You are welcome to bring your own trainer and use our studios during times when classes aren’t scheduled. If both studios are in use for classes, personal training won’t be available.

While we don’t have personal trainers on staff, we’re happy to recommend someone who trains out of our space—just fill out this form!
