Balance & Core

This specialized 30 minute class is designed to enhance balance, stability, and core strength. Expect a series of exercises that strengthen the muscles that support posture, improve coordination, and aim to reduce the risk of falls. Both seated and standing movements will be used to accommodate different fitness levels.
